Coach’s decision ?…..4th down and 2 on your own 29 yard line with just over 2 minutes to go in the final quater and your up by 6 points. “YOU PUNT THE BALL”

A rookie coach in POP WARNER football would not struggle with this one, it’s aotomatic you PUNT.

Sunday evening’s game between 2 of the best teams in the league was just what we expected – a great game that went right down to the wire. Coach Belichick’s decision to “go for it ” on fourth down was not only a poor decision it was down right stupid. It literally took the game away from his players and showed a complete lack of trust in a defence that had held Manning and the Colts offence
at bay for over 3 quaters of the game. Oh just a second I’m mistaken he new for sure that if they didn’t make the first doan his defence would no doubt stop Manning inside the “thirty”……. Good call coach !

What really pisses me off is that in his post game interview Belichick didn’t have the balls to say “THIS ONE”S MINE – I BLEW IT”

Hey TJ…….your breakdown of the Viking – Packer game was on the money, but your prediction of the Vikings getting to Super Bowl 44 is really premature. They have all the pieces to get there but it all hinges on “Favre” and his arm holding up and him staying healthy.
Up until last nights game I would have bet big bucks that the Saints were a shoe-in for the NFC but Atlanta gave them all they could handle. If it weren’t for a few big plays by the Saints defence they would have lost. I put Atlanta right up there with the top 3 or 4 in the NFC, their running game is downright scarry !

What’s your take on next Monday night …….Steelers vs Broncos ???

No doubt this season is lost for coach Fisher and the Titans. Kerry Collins best years have now passed and he can not compete at this level. That being said it’s more than time to find out if Vince Young is the real deal or not. Give Vince the starting role for the remainder of the season and let him sink or swim. If he sinks then get another first round QB and go from there.
